“The location is great, very close to zocalo (~5 min walk). The staff is super nice, always being friendly, and willing to answer all your questions. The breakfast is simple, but enough. Wifi signal is not good in the room, but it does not matter if you just need to sleep in the room. “Location was good but I got the deluxe room that said that had a desk but there was no desk. I asked in the reception and they said there are no desks at all, they didn’t do anything to fix the fact that when I reserved it said that it included a desk. The water from the shower changes from warm to cold out of nowhere. They don’t clean the room during your stay. ”

"I tried to offer the "house specialty" of the only restaurant in the hotel - a hamburger - at the relative early hour of 6pm, and the waitress said in Spanish that they don't have it. Moreover, at midnight, when I was trying to sleep to wake up at 4:30am to go to the airport, there were rowdy crowds in the garden area where half the rooms are facing, and it went on for at least half an hour."
