"Beautiful hostal with beautiful views. Very affordable. Friendly staff available at all hours. Delicious breakfast available for 4USD. While it is close to town, it is a steep uphill hike, so be ready, unless you’re driving, they have gated parking"

"Such a wonderful location with a beautiful view of a waterfall that is lit at night and the staff was just as wonderful! Very friendly and welcoming. Location was perfectly centered in the downtown. Definitely suggest you stay here! Very clean, close to all the attractions, and there’s two restaurants on the property with great food. Will definitely stay there again."

"Habitaciones confortables y organizadas. Excelente limpieza. El desayuno incluido estuvo muy bueno, así como también la atención del personal, muy atentos. El espacio para parqueos de vehículos es bastante estrecho, y suele ser limitado en cantidad. Se recomienda asígnar los espacios de parqueos de acuerdo con el orden de llegada de los huéspedes. Una de las noches, salimos a cenar y cuando retornamos al hotel el guardia nos dijo que no había espacio para el vehículo y que tenía que ir a dejarlo a otro parqueadero"

"Rocio was such a great host. Made us feel very welcome and was always available for whatever we needed. Offering us coffee and free laundry service were very generous gestures we really appreciated. The views from our room were spectacular. This is a family run business and their attention to detail really shows. We can’t wait to return to this oasis in the mountains."

"I loved my stay here at hotel brio. The staff was always helpful, the location is great and rooms were super cute. A massage was also arranged while i was there as well as laundry service for my travels. I will remember the kindness that was shown to me as i tell stories of my travels. Thank you 🌹"

"This family-owned guesthouse right on the river, and just a short taxi ride or lovely half-hour walk into the center of Baños was such a great place to rest and enjoy the tranquility. (There are restaurants you can walk to less than five minutes away.). Our room had beautiful views of the river and the king-size bed was very comfortable. Our private balcony had a hammock to lay in and take in the views of the surrounding lush mountains. The breakfast was great! And Johan, who manages his family’s property is very kind, helpful and a delight!"
