Checked all of our boxes: comfy beds, modern bathrooms, walkable to many restaurants and even the Chattanooga aquarium (1.5 miles).”

“Location was excellent. In walking distance to to Frazier St restaurants/shopping. House was comfortable. Cleanliness could be better. Baseboards and ceiling corners were dusty and had webs. BF and daughter complained about the beds too soft but I didn't have a problem.”

“Charming cozy little treehouse with adorable shabby-chic decor. Bed is very comfortable. Great wifi and a large TV with access to all apps. It has a full size fridge, a 4 burner stove and oven (not that we cooked). Great lighting throughout. The bathroom is well-appointed. The kitchen sink is the bathroom sink as well. “Rooms are very stylish with excellent beds. Bathroom a bit small, but are upscale in appearance with very nice shower, most water pressure I have ever had at a hotel. Bathroom needs a ventilation fan to use during showers. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Parking is expensive and limited. Ended up parking in nearby garage for much better rates. Multiples excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity plus free shuttle runs every 5-10 minutes which can take you to most downtown……

“The other guests were the only real issue we had with this location. Our room was right beside the pool and kids were literally screaming and running around until 10PM. Other than that, the room was very clean and the coffee was surprisingly good. We brought our own coffee expecting a full-size coffee maker, but it’s a single-serve. The lids with the cups didn’t fit, but the ones we brought with us did. Also, the restaurant wasn’t open due to staffing, but the complimentary muffins were……
