“Wonderful thoughtful hosts. More than average amenities. They thought of all the little things to make our stay comfortable. Very cute little cottage and great location for our purposes. “We are just home from a great weekend in Loughborough made even better by our accommodation. The flat is very clean, with excellent communication from the hosts. When you arrive and can have a cup of tea without needing to go to the shop you realise the detail and attention that has been put into making your stay great. I would highly recommend to anyone! ”

“Communication was bad as we had to chase 3 times for a reply to our messages and didnt receive info on how to enter bldg. I was told we would receive in 10 mins when I rang but didnt receive so had to call again. All floors were stained and grubby so had to wear shoes at all times. Sofa was delaminating and old, cups were not all clean. Bed sheets were clean though but rest of apartment was tired and needs a deep clean. No parking a available as advertised, there is a NCP a couple of doors away……
