“It was very clean, and very close to groceries and a corner store. It was also close to the fun waterside restaurant Smokeez. The only things I would recommend would be more hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen, and possibly a supply of toilet paper. ”

“This unit is quite small, bare bones but clean. Technically someone can sleep on the folding couch in the living area, but it's really not comfortable. There is no table at which to eat (the one in the photo is supporting a TV). Location is nice and quiet, but about 20 min brisk walk from town, so recommend renting bikes. Owners could do a lot inexpensively to spruce up the property -- a couple of hammocks, picnic tables, flowering plants would go a long way. The pool is nice, but otherwise this……

“We stayed at this lovely home in February, 2022 for two weeks. There were a few blips in the beginning due to Anna, the housekeeper, being called away to a funeral. We understood that could not be helped but it did make it a little harder to figure out the lay of the land. By the time we had to say goodbye we were in love with the island. The home is lovely and well equipped. The bikes work well but if you want to eat dinner out, you will want to find a taxi that can bring you and the bikes home……

“For the price, this was a great place to stay especially long term. Very close to the local airport which is convenient but does mean that the village is a bit of a walk. Fortunately, a bicycle is included so travel around the island easy. Another bonus is that the place is very quiet. As for the unit itself, in general it was as advertised. Full kitchen although basic with limited cookware. Also no toaster. Plenty of hot water but be advised that water pressure for the shower is very low. No……

“Took my 23 YO daughter to Belize for her birthday & to get PADI certified. The room was great (basically a large ground level studio with lots of windows looking over a tropical garden/play area with hammocks, giant Jenga, etc) very clean, well stocked, huge bed. The paddle boards are older, yet work just fine. There is a cafe and yoga studio right next door (good coffee) and to the R of the entrance there’s a guy selling street food.
