「Our stay at Ashton Court over Spring Break was wonderful. We rented a three bedroom condominium that faced the water. Had a balcony with beautiful views, condo was updated and very nice. Nice pool and bar that we used on the days we weren't at the beach or on the water. 「VERY disappointing; admittedly booked on a budget, but we were expecting a decent location. Provided pics are sooo deceiving...Not much cooking possibility with the provided cookware. Bed mattress and/or box spring should have been updated YEARS ago! Kitchen furniture falling apart, with not much organization for doing the dishes. Although you had mentioned no bike avail, they were there, but if you can't fix and maintain the bikes, just get rid of them (ended up renting for 2 days)! We've had...

Close enough to everything but far enough away so it was quite at night to sleep. Staff was very social and remembered our names every time we came in or out. 「Had a great peaceful stay」

「Property was spacious, and clean. There was a lot of things that they considered to make it seem more like home. There’s a grocery store a few blocks away if you would rather stay in to eat. There’s also a nice ocean view walk a couple blocks away. The neighborhood seemed safe to walk around any time of day. 」

「We absolutely loved Caye Caulker and these VRBOs. Such cute, quaint cottages. Michael was always on top of bringing more water when we asked. 」

「We enjoyed the property. The bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and the dock and water so peaceful. We used the bikes to get to the southern island and to explore the northern island. We stayed just 3 days and were active on the water, with the bikes or in the village all day and crashing at night so the setting was good for us.
