「The house was very clean and host was easy to communicate with. The house has everything you need for a short stay. The only thing is the bedrooms upstairs do not get any A/C and were extremely hot to sleep in. Bring extra fans!!」

It looks like it would be great fun in the summer, but our mid autumn stay weather wise was just too cool to be out on the lake. The house was so warm and inviting that we, as six adults, just spent some pleasant hours with good food and adult beverages enjoying its ambience. The gaslit fireplace just couldn’t be beat for giving us some great out in...

We contemplated leaving but it was late so we did contact the host as VRBO suggested and she did come right away. She "re- made" the beds with new, clean sheets , replaced the maloderous towels with fresh towels, she addressed a couple of areas needing the most attention and we did stay. All the previous reviews that mention the problem with cleanliness are written spot on. Hire someone who...
