“Great place to stay at the Grand Canyon. Gym sucked but hot tub was awesome! Nice to be off the Main Street - this is a small apartment back off the Main Street.”

“The house was as shown in the photos except for the siding that was missing on one patch on the side of the house. It is pricey for only 2 people considering the house was in a repair state but a family with a lot of kids would definitely get full value out of the space. The overhead loft is only about 4' to the ceiling, so better for wee ones. There was a ton of emails sent from the manager/s of the property; somewhat excessive. The manager/s did reply promptly to a question I had about the……

“Perfect tiny home with great location about 30 minutes south of the South Entrance to the Grand Canyon and Tusayan. The home was adequately equipped. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. The coffee maker did not work properly, reached out to the host, but got no response. It snowed on the first night causing steps to freeze over, but no salt or shovel were left on porch as told. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed here with our family of 6 for two nights and it was the perfect size. It is quiet, everything is well-maintained and it is a great place to crash after spending the day at the Grand Canyon. It is rural and high efficient, so be aware it has internet, but it was sometimes better to just use our cell phone service and the water pressure is low in the sinks (the shower was okay). The property managers were great and very clear in their instructions and communication was never a problem.”

“Beautiful ranch-like surroundings. Remote - beautiful night skies. Lots of room for the kids to run and play. We had a wonderful time. As a note - there was no dishwasher so be prepared to wash dishes. Only one king bed, not two. Only one queen bed in a room, not two.”

“It was down a dirt road in the middle of nowhere BUT it was very comfortable and clean and my adult children, their friends and I, absolutely LOVED it!”

“The property was very clean and all amenities were as expected. Unfortunately, we didn't get our check in instructions until almost an hour after the designated check in time and having to call Vrbo support for help. When we finally did get instructions, I messaged a couple times throughout our stay with basic questions and responses took several hours each. This would be an easy 5 star property if communication was improved.”

“Exactly as advertised, would totally stay there again for the same reasons we stayed this time. Not supposed to be a luxury resort, it is exactly as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. All electronic checkin and only electronic communication. Zero complaints.”

“I loved this place. There was enough room for 4 adults, although the loft was a bit low for my nephew. The location was perfect for us because we were going to the south & west rims of the Grand Canyon and other places in the area. Loved the quietness of the location.”

“House was very clean and comfortable beds. Well-stocked. The only complaint was the dishwasher was not really functioning properly but it was very minor”

“Where to start. Trying to get out to the site alone was a struggle. Thankfully there wasn’t an emergency where we needed to get to the main road quickly. The property had leaks all over. We even had water leaks on the mattresses we were supposed to sleep on. The propane heater didn’t work and the wood burning furnace was not nearly big enough to heat anything beyond sitting right in front of it. All of the heated blankets didn’t work. Forget about showering, 5 gallons of cold water was not……

“First of all, the owners are wonderful people. They have done an excellent job with the property and making guests feel at home. The house was clean, private and a welcome escape from the crowds in the national park. It was a convenient location to come and go to and from the park. I will absolutely be back and stay in this house. Highly recommend.”

“The location was perfect. Close the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. If going to Flagstaff take 64 to 180, beautiful drive. We loved having the kitchen, and two bathrooms. It was certainly comfortable and convenient.”

“We didnt even stay we walked in to a tiny little room no kitchen to cook even though the pics showed a kitchen and living room we walked in and saw it and immediatelt got on expedia and found something different. Totally not what was pictured picsshowed a kitchen it was totally not ”

“Spent a few days here while visiting the Grand Canyon! Great spot and easy access to get into the National Park. And…the night sky in the evening is absolutely incredible for star watching! We stayed with three adults and four kids and there was plenty of room for us. Great stay!”
