“Very helpful staff for renting motorbike to go Ha giang loop! Nice price for rooms and dorm. Good pancakes and coffee for breakfast”

“The bungalow is great but the staff is absolutely terrible. > Check-in We could not find the staff at the reception. She was sleeping not far from the reception. We called the number on the desk but she declined the call. We sent a message to say we were at the reception. She liked it but did not reply. We had to assume the receptionist was the person sleeping not far from the reception once we saw her. > Motorbike rental Don't go there if you want to travel alone - They are not flexible and……

“Nice room and comfortable bed with ensuite bathroom/shower. Bus from sapa drops you outside door. Staff very friendly and helpful and helped me book a cheaper bus to cao bang than i was going to. Around 30 minute walk into centre but many places to each closer than that. I would definitely stay again.”

“Très jolie lieu tenu par une famille très sympathique et serviable. Nous sommes contents de notre séjour au sein de cet hôtel. Location de scooters, repas délicieux et frais, choix de boissons correct, partie commune confortable! Merci beaucoup 😊 ”

“Great host; Ali helped me enormously with my self drive loop. We’ve rented the bikes from him (which were great) and he helped us with all the recommended stops and the dos and donts of the trip. When we came back he was again super helpful and offered us a room (for free) for us to take a shower, etc. until our transport arrived. Strongly recommended!”
