Ruataniwha Retreat is a brand new 3 bedroom home in the beautiful Tussock Retreat subdivision next to Lake Ruataniwha. Just a couple of minutes walk to the lake and less than 10 minutes walk (or 2 minute drive) to the shops and cafes in town centre.
The kitchen is stylish with modern stainless steel Fisher & Paykel appliances for ease of use, combined with open plan living area which is the heart of the home and benefits from brilliant access to the sheltered set in Kiwila deck and the concrete patio. It's perfect for entertaining and relaxing in.
Heat pump/Air Conditioning ensure comfort year round with additional heating in bedrooms for winter warmth.

Great for a get away.

Great house and great location to the lake, would stay there again. Just wish there was TV in the big living area with the big lounge suite where we can all sit instead of in the small room with just a 2 seater couch.
