“We would highly recommend this rental property. It's an end unit on the first level of the Bay View Villas. Very peaceful and quite. Walked down the quite streets to the Tybee lighthouse in 25 minutes and walked the beach back. We used this spot mostly as a base for our daily adventures to downtown Savanah (an easy 25 minute drive away) and it worked out well. Great amenities, TVs in every room, clean, and very comfortable beds. If you are looking for a peaceful stay away from the hustle and……

Great Beach access and the unit was clean and well stocked with towels, food prep ingredients, and all utensils pots/pans etc. We were traveling with a Sr. Citizen 80+ with mobility issues. It was great to have everything on one floor with a spectacular ocean view. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The only areas for improvement would be the television in double bedroom would only play one channel and the toilet heights were very low (not chair……

“We enjoyed our stay here. Don’t expect fancy, expect a clean little bungalow (this is actually a quadplex), which is clearly shown in the picture. This lovely older beach town is a great respite from the development going on in so many beach areas on the coasts now. Lovely wide beaches, not crowded at all when we were there. I think Tybee strives to keep their island on the quieter side. We felt comfortable here, had everything we needed (not a problem for us, but needed a silverware, plate etc.……

Took us a few days to get the bedroom heat to work but that was user error on our part! lnitially we were bummed that the pool could not be heated due to the time of year and while we would have loved to have it, bowling took over! Our family of 12 came together to celebrate Christmas the week between Christmas and New Years. All agreed we would rent again!”
