Broken bathroom door doesn’t move Broken usb ports Plugs in table front don’t work Clock and table are unplugged and outlet is blocked so it can’t be plugged in No working accessible outlet near the bed Toilet paper holder is broken Curtain is stained Vending machine is not plugged in Microwave has no glass tray and the inside is coated in sticky greasy substance Can’t access closet, iron, or luggage rack because it’s behind the broken bathroom door.

We have stayed at this location several times. It is going downhill. We requested our room to be cleaned three times during our 4 night stay and it was not…always an excuse that we weren’t on the list or maids didn’t have time.

I liked the breakfast and the cleanliness of my room. I did not like that there was a spill in the elevator that was never cleaned and always a smell like a very strong cologne in the lobby. The staff were all very nice.

The rooms and hallways need a deep cleaning. The elevators need work they sound unsafe and the bathrooms still had hair and dirt from the previous guest. The hotel is not that old but it looks like no one cares and upkeep is not a priority. I would not suggest staying there.

The hotel smelled like sewage when we checked in. The room also smelled musty, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in weeks. (There was mold in the shower/on the artwork in the bathroom and the couch had several stains as well.)

Front desk could not give me the room I requested due to lack of housekeeping staff . Trash accumulation (in large bags) near elevators and ice machine . I guess no one available to take it to the dumpster . I love this property and have stayed here many times , but staffing issues need to be resolved . Otherwise , it was clean and smelled fresh .
