「At first, we were taken aback at the un-staffed hospitality concept but we got used to this after we checked in and found it an innovative option. There is always someone present behind the counter during breakfast hours and there are cleaners as well. The hotel has a contemporary, modern feel to it. 「Ik heb een geweldig nacht gehad in dit hotel. Alles was naar wens. Personeel was vriendelijk maar ook zakelijk. Kamer zag er perfect uit en alles was zeer schoon. Ondanks het ontbijt gemist te hebben kregen we toch nog een lunchpakketje mee. Uitstekend en zeker een aanrader」

「Vårt bokade rum hade ingen AC och kunde inte öppna fönstret. Fick betala en uppgradering till en suite. Suiten var mörkt och saknade viss belysning. Badrummet saknade avställningsytor. I övrigt ett bra hotell som vi besökte även förra året. Bra utgångsläge centralt i stan. Stannade 4 dagar.」

「Since we didn't know where we were supposed to park our car, we had to walk inside and it was quite confusing during the rush hour at the restaurant. I was not able to find the reception desk so I walked through the hallway with no luck. When I found that it was inside the restaurant, I asked one of the employee about parking our car and she looked away from me. I assume that she wasn't the employee that I needed in the first place. It was quite confusing at the beginning. 」
