「My experience at this hotel was disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.
The hotel provides only two towels for two guests, and these must also be used at the pool, as no additional towels are available there. When I requested clean towels, I was initially told they would be replaced the following day; however, I was later informed that towel changes are only offered for stays of seven days or longer.」
