"Our stay at Terrace Beach Resort was overall good, and the location and natural surroundings were beautiful. However, for the price we paid, we expected a much more welcoming and attentive level of service. From check-in, we didn’t really feel welcomed, and throughout our stay, no one checked in to see if we needed anything. We called to request some extra tea, but the call went to voicemail. Although I left a message, no one followed up or took care of the request, so I had to call again. The property has a beautiful setting, but the beach itself is quite small and rocky, so it wasn’t quite what we expected. Overall, we enjoyed the peaceful location, but the service and hospitality did not feel like a “wow” experience for the price."

"The cabin was very clean. The bed was so comfortable and with the black out blinds we slept well. John responded quickly to our questions. Check in was seamless. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return some day."

"Superbe chalet, très bien entretenu et propre. J’y retournerais. Je croyais que nous étions au bord de la mer ouverte, mais on était plutôt dans le coin d’une petite baie. Très relaxant par contre."

I didn’t need to message the host but they were available via text/call so can’t comment on that. But other wise if you’re just looking for a room to stay in ukee this will work"
