Imagine spending your holidays in a splendid house with breathtaking sea views.
The house is located in front of a suggestive rock inlet, with crystal clear and transparent waters that will leave you breathless. You will be able to swim and enjoy the sun directly in front of the house, without having to make any effort.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two separate beds which can be joined together if necessary. In one room there is a wardrobe, in the other a large chest of drawers and exposed clothes hangers. The bathroom has a shower and bidet, with a window overlooking the sea. The living room-kitchen has a splendid built-in kitchenette with sink under a window overlooking the sea, many of our guests have expressed their "pleasure in washing dishes while looking at the sea". The large terrace overlooking the sea represents the most evocative place in the house, where you spend most of your time, having breakfast, lunch and dinner, relaxing while chatting or reading a good book, or letting yourself be involved in the colors and scents of the sea, the sky and the garden in front of the house. The sunsets are splendid, and the reflections of the moon on the sea make the nights magical. We are outside the center of Torre San Giovanni, a very popular tourist spot, also due to its splendid beaches. Our area always remains relatively quiet and within 500 meters. there are all the necessary services, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, market, equipped beach, etc. The inlet in front of the house is rocky, very beautiful and easily accessible, there is also a walkway for disabled people that leads directly into the water.
A first small sandy beach, with a very nice lido, is located about 500 meters from the house. The large and famous beaches of Ugento - Torre San Giovanni are about 2km away and can be reached in just a few minutes. In the area the houses with sea view are located on the rocks, while near the sand they are all inside and do not see the sea. We are halfway between Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca. The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday being pampered by the colors and scents of the sea, in an area that always remains relatively quiet, strategically positioned, from which you can move easily to reach the most famous and characteristic centers of the Salento in a few minutes.

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Kontakt zu Giovanni. Es war ein heisser Urlaub in den letzten 2 Augustwochen. Wenig Wind vom Meer, so dass wir regelmäßig die Klimaanlage benutzt haben. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit traumhaften Blick zum Meer.

Appartamento bello, pulito, ben attrezzato e con tanta cura per i dettagli! Oltre a quanto già descritto nei precedenti commenti relarivamente alla favolosa terrazza e alla possibilità di fare il bagno proprio davanti a casa, segnaliamo come plus una fantastica ciclabile che parte poco distante, con alcuni deliziosi locali dove fare aperitivi davanti a bellissimi tramonti. Noi torneremo sicuramente!

Schöne Wohnung mit direktem Meerblick

Wir waren Ende September in der Ferienwohnung in Torre San Giovanni. Zu dieser Zeit war es in dem Ort schon sehr ruhig, es waren nur noch wenige Urlauber dort. Supermarkt und Bäcker waren geöffnet, auch ein paar Lokale in der Nähe (größere Lebensmittelgeschäfte gibt es in Ugento). Die Küste direkt vor dem Haus ist felsig und somit gab es dort nur wenige Badegäste. Einige Angler kann man morgens von der Terrasse beobachten. Schöne Sandstrände gibt es unter anderem ca. 3 km weiter südlich am Ortsrand, zu dieser Jahreszeit fast menschenleer. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Es war alles sauber und nett eingerichtet. Die Küche hat alles, was benötigt wird. Für Kaffee gibt es allerdings nur einen italienischen Espressokocher. Der WLAN- Empfang war nur mäßig. Im Haus werden noch weitere Ferienwohnungen vermietet. Der Blick von der grossen Terrasse ist traumhaft, man kann jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Der Kontakt zu Giovanni war immer sehr gut, er hat sich schnell und sehr freundlich gekümmert, wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten.

Sehr schöne Wohnung bei sehr netten Hastgebern

Giovanni und Sabrina sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und vor allem die großzügige Terrasse lädt Abends lange zum verweilen ein. Der perfekte Ort um den Arbeitsalltag zu vergessen. Fantastico soggiorno

Location: appartamento, perfetto per una famiglia di 4 persone, è curato in ogni particolare, pulitissimo, terrazzo molto grande con vista mozzafiato su un mare verde smeraldo, da cui si possono ammirare tramonti indimenticabili. Lascio a tutti immaginare come è stato far colazione, pranzare e cenare di fronte ad un panorama del genere! FANTASTICO! L'appartamento, inoltre, è ben coibentato e ventilato, per tutta la durata del soggiorno non abbiamo mai acceso l'aria condizionata. La posizione fronte mare inoltre, lo rendono unico, permettendo una vacanza di mare h24 (la scogliera è ben raggiungibile con una passerella di legno, acqua verde smeraldo!). Bellissimo è stato fare il bagno a tutte le ore, risalire per una doccia, e sedersi sulla sdraio del terrazzo godendosi l'immensità del mare. Strategica anche la posizione, vicinissima alla bella cittadina di Torre San Giovanni (molto viva la sera) che volendo si può raggiungere anche a piedi. Proprietari: abbiamo avuto la fortuna di conoscerli e di godere della loro cordiale ospitalità. Sempre gentili e prodighi nel dare consigli sui posti da visitare, sulle migliori spiagge e sui ristoranti da frequentare, sulle pescherie e negozi, su tutto insomma. Ci hanno fatto conoscere alcuni posti del Salento unici, che ti aprono il cuore, in cui abbiamo trascorso serate e giornate indimenticabili! Soggiorno FANTASTICO!

Globalement bon : très belle terrasse avec jet d eau bien pratique pour se rincer, à 20m de la mer, plutôt conforme au visuel. Giovanni est disponible pour les formalités et facilitant sur les horaires. Par contre, ne sont pas inclus la clim (50€ la semaine tout de même) et les draps et serviettes payantes (20€/personne). Les équipements décrits sont conformes et globalement suffisants, bémol sur l absence de micro ondes, la taille du frigo et l efficacité de la clim compte tenu de la mauvaise orientation de l unité intérieure qui necessite de régler très froid pour avoir l effet dans les chambres. En conclusion, appartement bien situé et bien agencé pas très grand mais largement compensé par la terrasse mais rapport qualité-prix un peu élevé quand on ajoute les extras.

Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen

Die am Rand von Torre San Giovanni gelegenen Ferienwohnung ( je Etage 2 Wohnungen) bietet alles für entspannte Tage an der Küste des Salento. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, wenn auch etwas zusammengewürfelt. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und mit liebevollen Details ergänzt. Alle Räume sind ausreichend groß. Ein Geschirrspüler ist leider nicht vorhanden. Kommen wir zu den Gründen, der diese Wohnung wirklich empfehlenswert macht. Absolutes Highlight, der Blick jeden Morgen aus der Küche auf das Meer und dann kann man direkt mit einem frischen Kaffee auf die Terrasse hinausgehen. Unbezahlbar. Am Abend gibt es dann den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer. Die Wohnung liegt tatsächlich direkt am Meer. Davor ist lediglich eine Straße. Die kann an Sonntagen etwas nerven. Kein Sandstrand vor dem Haus. Dafür aber direkt südlich des Ortes einen kilometerlangen Sandstrand. Sowohl mit dem typischen Verleih von Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, aber auch freie Strände. Parkplätze in Strandnähe. Die Infrastruktur ist an touristische Bedürfnisse angepasst. Größere Supermärkte in Ugento. Giovanni Cossa ist als Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und hilft sehr gerne. Eine pdf mit Empfehlungen (Einkaufen, Restaurant) gibt es ebenso.

Giovanni und seine Frau sind wunderbare Gastgeber! Abwicklung hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Nähe zum Meer, die große Terasse wunderbar ! Einzig die lärmende Durchzugsstrasse zwischen Haus und Meer haben wir anfangs als sehr störend empfunden, man gewöhnt sich jedoch daran;) Der Blick und die Nähe zum Meer haben uns dafür entschädigt. Wir werden wieder kommen !

Una Terrazza sul Blu

E' stato un soggiorno come poche volte ci è capitato grazie ad un insieme di fattori straordinari. Prima di tutto la POSIZIONE e la VISTA: un'ampia terrazza sul mare aperto costeggiato da calette e scogli che apre ill cuore. Solo questo già varrebbe il viaggio,. La terrazza è arredata e permette colazioni e cene impagabili. La posizione è in una zona tranquillissima ma ad un passo da tutte le località più gettonate. (sia per le spiagge più belle della zona sia per la vita notturna) L'APPARTAMENTO: pulitissimo, curato e arredato (si nota subito) con attenzione e gusto. Dotato di zanzariere e sempre ben arieggiato(che con le temperature pugliesi non è cosa da poco). Il PROPRIETARIO è particolarmente gentile e attento Mai invadente. Pieno di consigli e suggerimenti per vivere al meglio quella parte di Salento. Lo ringraziamo anche in questa occasione. Noi torneremo sicuramente Consigliatissimoi!

Appartamento molto pulito, ben organizzato e piacevole. Vista fantastica sul mare con tramonti mozza fiato. Proprietario gentilissimo, ci ha rimediato anche una babysitter per la bambina. Accesso al mare su roccia a trenta secondi dall'appartamento attraversando la strada (a volte un po' rumorosa) Assolutamente consigliato

Ein kleines Nest hoch über dem Meer

Dies ist ein Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen. Der Blick von der Terasse auf das Meer ist magisch und diesen werde ich ganz sicher vermissen. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, da man im Bikini gleich zum schwimmen gehen kann. Es ist eine Bucht ausschließlich Steine aber dadurch traumhaft sauberes Wasser. Und in unserer Zeit auch wenig andere Badenede was wir sehr genossen haben. Die Straße vor dem Haus wird reglmäßig befahren und ist daher schon zu hören. Aber das ist immer sehr persönlich ob man es als störend empfindet oder nicht. Nachts ist es auf jeden Fall dort stiller. Die Wohnung selbst ist klein aber gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Parkplatz fürs Auto findet man immer gleich vor der Türe.. Wir wurden ganz herzlich empfangen und mit sehr guten Tipps bzgl einkaufen versorgt.

Casa fresca, ben attrezzata e pulita con bellissima vista sul mare. Posizione ideale per visitare la zona. La scogliera di fronte è immediatamente raggiungibile ma non è molto adatta per i bambini. Le spiagge sono comunque facilmente raggiungibili in auto. Giudizio complessivo ottimo!

Davanti al mare!

Ho scelto questo appartamento per la sua posizione davanti al mare, le camere sono curate e pulite e l' ampia terrazza ci ha permesso di vivere e mangiare all' aperto guardando il mare. La posizione è strategica, comoda per gli acquisti e per visitare nel giro di pochi kilometri tante spiagge famose. I proprietari Giovanni e Sabrina sono persone gentili e accoglienti, i loro preziosi consigli ci hanno aiutato ad ambientarci velocemente. La nostalgia ci ha già assalito, contiamo di tornare presto!

Es gibt in diesem Objekt zwei Ferienwohnungen, wir waren im ersten Stock mit großer Terrasse: Tatsächlich kommen die Fotos der Wohnung sehr nah. Der Gesamtzustand war sehr gut, die Raumaufteilung und die Qualität der Möbel zweckmäßig. Wir waren allerdings nur zu zweit in der Wohnung, zu dritt ginge sicherlich auch noch gut, zu viert wird es ein bisschen eng. Allerdings verbringt man den ganzen Tag sowie auf der schönen Terrasse, die ganztägig Sonne hat und von der aus man den Sonnenuntergang sehen kann. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und hat ein Gaskochfeld und einen kleinen Ofen. In den Ort "Torre San Giovanni" muss man mit dem Auto fahren, dort gibt es kleinere Supermärkte, in denen man fast alles bekommt, was man im Urlaub braucht. Es gibt eine kleine Promenade mit verschiedenen Restaurants, in denen man gut bis sehr gut zu vernünftigen Preisen essen kann. Allerdings schließen die meisten Geschäfte und Restaurants gegen Ende der Saison (Ende September). Wir hatten dort einen tollen Urlaub und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
