There were cockroaches in room, they only sprayed doom and next day we as guests had to stay in the room. I have used this website for 12 yrs and have never been so horrified at the state of a hotel and the way they handled this issue. Please investigate!! 」

My room was very huge and I loved that. Had one of the best AC units from any of my previous hotel stats. My bathroom door was broken, had stains left on the lap shade and bin.
