「Housekeeping keep missing our room for the first 2 days. Other than it’s a great hotel and great staff」

「The porter was excellent in carrying luggage up and down the stairs. There's no lift. The first two nights shower was excellent. The third night, they did something to the water pressure and the temperature kept changing from lukewarm to cold. I waited an hour for the staff to change it back but it became hot to cold. 「Probably one of the best hotel in UB and great value for money. Rooms are very spacious, clean, modern designed and cosy. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. 「Suggestion: the hot pool room could be cleaned more several times. For the towels, chairs…. Others of the hotel are very nice.」

「Staff were super helpful. First time in Mongolia and they called a cab for me when my phone wasn’t able to connect to the local ride share app. Room was clean and a great value for the amount!」

「Hotels facility is good, but the room is too tiny to fit our suitcases. We have an early flight in the morning, so didn’t have a chance for breakfast.」

「Stayed there for 15 nights as a female solo traveller. Breakfast was super delicious, the people there were super friendly and I was always welcomed by a happy smile. Never used a taxi and always walked to the city center as it’s only about 1.5 km. Would recommend it and stay there myself again.」
