Good location, but stink in room.....
The location is quite good with river view and also city view. Close to the city center and also a bus stop just in front of the hotel. I thought it should be non-smoking room, however, it is fill with the cigarette smell.

A lovey stay in a very spacious room suitable for family. The rooms were very clean. The staff were efficient and check in was fast. You needed to pay an extra daily fee for the gym and for parking. Great location to walk into the city of Ulm and enjoy the sight of the Danube.

Aufenthalt war verbunden mit einer Abendveranstaltung mit Band und Tanz. Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich, einziges Manko: Tische mit Getränken - volle Gläser, volle Flaschen - wurden abgeräumt.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Zimmer haben zwar älteren Look ab z.B. die Duschen sind neu und total toll! Die einzige kleine Kritik ist, dass die Sauna extra kostet, das Pool Wasser recht frisch ist und das geschnittenes/halbiertes Obst nochmal in Folie eingerollt beim Frühstück liegt. Kleinigkeiten, die aber leicht zu beseitigen wären.

Angenehm was Lage, Personal, Parkings Möglichkeiten und Zimmeraussicht anbelangt. Leider ist Frühstück nicht einbegriffen und sehr teuer. Wir waren aber ansonsten sehr zufrieden und werden beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Ulm dort wieder bei Expedia buchen.

Sehr schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen und unser Zimmer mit Blick auf das Münster war genial. Zu Fuß erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in ca 15-20 Minuten.

Super Frühstück und gute Ausgangslage zum Erkunden von Ulm. Einzig, dass die Tiefgarage für Hotelgäste ebenso kostenpflichtig wie für „normale“ Nutzer ist, finde ich schade und lasst meiner Meinung nach nicht zum Zimmerpreis. Sollte inklusive sein.
