「GOOD:CLEAN ROOM,FRIENDLY STAFF,NICE KITCHEN AND OTHERS. BAD:NONE」

「No elevator / lift to go upstairs. Quite difficult to manoeuvre heavy luggage to rooms upstairs. The shower and Air conditioning are good.」

「The ALL loyalty points cannot be obtained because the hotel booking was made through Expedia, as advised by the hotel.」

「Very nice and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was nice and with great varieties Rooms are clean and delicately decorated. While I was bringing a child with us, the housekeeping did prepare a third set of towels for us - we don’t need to make any special request every night.」

「Room is clean, reception is friendly and helpful.」

「3-Star Experience at 5-Star Prices – Terrible Noise Isolation and Low Water PressureI I cannot recommend this hotel, especially given the high rates they charge. While they command a near 5-star price tag similar to other hotels in Sydney, the actual room quality and comfort feel closer to a 3-star property. The room infrastructure is severely outdated. Our room faced Pitt Street, and the noise isolation was practically non-existent. We could hear everything from the street traffic to the bar...

「Can't connect WiFi in the room at all」

Camil and Monica were very welcoming and professional.」

「The coffee cups were not replaced with cleaned ones / washed every day. Used cups were just left in the room. I also saw hair in towel and toothpaste in the sink. Teabags were not refilled.」
