“I wish this place was everywhere I went. Ive stayed in expensive large name luxury hotels in Orlando that haven’t been close to this hotels level of luxury and attention to detail. I will find reasons to come back here just to stay at this hotel.”

“If you value basic sanitation, your physical health, or simple human decency, stay far away from this place. My experience was a terror from the moment I stepped into the room. Within 15 minutes of stepping into room 414, I was greeted by a live roach crawling across the floor. Look closely at the attached photo—those are the literal remains of the pest. “The hotel itself its a little rundown. the A/C was cooling but not its best either. Evening attendees were courteous but the morning crew was not at all. I also requested some sheets for the sofa bed because there was non in the room, I called and never got an answer, then I text and waited until I had to go to the lobby to get them myself.”

“The first floor room was close to a very loud and busy street. I thought perhaps new weather stripping around the door would help in the future. The apples in the choice of continental breakfast items were old and bruised and the hot water dispenser for tea failed to work. But the staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is old and needs some upgrades but I did feel safe there.”
