"We stayed at this property Saturday, April 25 for the Luke Combs concert. The reviews weren’t bad at all so we took the chance and booked it before it sold out. Upon checking in and entering our room, the toilet had pee on the toilet seat and a tampon wrapper in plastic part was in the trashcan. A towel was already used to dry hands in the soap was opened.. the air conditioner made a sound like it had a rattle inside of it so at night that was real enjoyable to listen to for $331 a night. I expected a lot better."

"This hotel has awful customer service. We booked this hotel for a concert that was happening in Columbus since we were not from here. When we arrived at check in time, 4pm, we were told that our room was not ready and that they would call us when it was. When we tried to check in on the status an hour later at 5pm we were told that the room would not be ready until after we would need to leave for the concert. When I called the next day about the situation the lady on the phone was extremely rude and kept questioning me about how many times I tried to check in, and told me that sometimes rooms just aren’t ready until 5 even though check in is listed at 4, as if it were my fault for the room not being ready. They never apologized or took accountability for a clear mistake on their behalf. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who is traveling in for an event because MANY rooms were not ready until well after 5pm. Save yourself the trouble and book any other hotel in the area."

"Nice staff but several issues with hotel and room. Pool down. Outlets in bathroom area didn't work. Entire hallway sounded like a fish market. TV/Internet kept disconnecting. No iron or ironing board in room. And don't be oversold on the onsite bar and restaurant. Really just a cafe in the lobby."

"The front desk did an excellent job under the circumstances. There was a huge concert at the Shoe that night. We arrived at 3:30 and the check in line was wrapped out the door. Unfortunately they only had 2 elevators working so after check in, you had to wait in another line for the elevator. We had booked a room with 2 beds. When we got to our room, it was a king, for 3 people. We weren't going to wait in the line again to get into another room as there was still a line of 50 people waiting to check in. We were able to let the front desk know to just send up pillows and a blanket and we'd make do. By the time we returned, the pillows and blanket had been delivered. The front desk were champs that night. They did let us use the service elevators which eased some of the frustration of waiting. Management should have anticipated and planned better. The room was a typical hotel room. Nothing special. It wasn't dirty but wasn't spotless either. If pressed for a night's sleep and this is what was available I would stay again. We didn't use any of the other amenities."

"The shower drain was up and the shower looked a little dirty. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work either. Otherwise was a comfortable stay. Was definitely popular and full of people on a friday night. Definitely kids running around but they quieted down, also had a door to separate from the living room even if it was a problem"

"The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, great spread for breakfast. Hotub was clean and nice. Wish we would have spent more time at the hotel"
