"It was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and the place was clean and very cool. Chris/Riser checked us in and he made sure we had a great room asked if we’d rather be up high or on a lower floor and gave us free drink vouchers! Amazing staff amazing building very secure there’s a parking garage right next to it as well that is not very expensive but also very safe and secure. Absolutely would stay again."

"Great location, nice and clean rooms equipped with the usual facilities. There was no coffee machine in my room (not sure about other rooms), but the main lobby has coffee and tea in the morning. I needed hot water, and when I asked for it, they promptly sent a kettle to my room. Location is great, close to lots of restaurants, Market St. and BART. Will definitely come back again. "
