“Very nice lady at the farm;) However - This treehouse is not “spacious”, it is a very small room with no curtains. There is a ladder to climb a very steep climb to get into the bed, you have to crawl from the end as there is no room around the bed. They must have built the loft around the bed. In fact, it is not a bedroom…just an opening up the ladderto the bed. There will s only one very small sink that serves as the bathroom and kitchen sink with no counter space in either “location” they are……

“We were up in Pomfret for a wedding in the area. Perfect location for us; walkable to a local cafe (Vanilla Bean) for breakfast. The place sits on a large piece of property complete with pond; beautiful setting, very peaceful. Plenty of space for parking; water pressure was great for showers and appreciate the travel size lotions, shampoo, etc ! Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend, especially for parents of students who attend The Pomfret School (boarding). Perfect location……

“I stayed here for the 2026 Natchaug Epic gravel bike ride, and it was an ideal location, close to the start line. A charming property with a friendly host. ”

“I’m guessing this would be nice in the warm months, when you can use the yard, lake and screened porch. The stairs out to hot tub were half covered in ice and the fire pit was under snow and ice. The stereo system and comfy couch were the highlights for us. The kitchen was average and the hot water wreaked of sulfur. The host could be far more thoughtful and generous for such an expensive rental. ”

“This house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We were in town for a graduation, and it was so nice to have a place to relax between events. Unfortunately it rained like crazy, so we didn't get to enjoy the backyard, but it looked like a great spot on a nice summer evening!”

“The fire pit was perfect. The location is peaceful and quiet. Restaurants and stores are a short car ride. Plenty of space upstairs where there are three more beds. The host provides lots of information about the surrounding area. Thank you!”
