“Clean, comfortable bed and nice ”

“I’ve stayed at this location in the past, must but I had no idea it was possible to drive a hotel property into the dirt. In Asheville NC? This property advertised free breakfast, although I was only expecting a Continental breakfast however, there was nothing free about it. Free coffee? Nope, $5 coffee and free lemon water in a tiny cup which was heavy on the lemon and was impossible to drink. How can anyone screw up lemon water? Just wait! Upon checking in I was told about their indoor pool……

“This hotel is not being maintained. After a long day of hiking and exploring the local waterfalls there was NO HOT WATER for showers with 2, 7 year old kids! and on top of it, the staff took well over an hour of jumping around 4 rooms at 11pm before giving up on the ideal of a hot shower and having to leave at 3:45am for our flight! One of the rooms tubs also wouldn’t drain either after testing the shower,and phone not working to even be able to call the seat about the problems. WASTED TIME……

“Everything was great. The hotel is nice, clean, and the staff was very helpful & friendly. Our only complaint was that the breakfast wasn't worth the money. We would defiantly stay again!”

“For a cheaper basic hotel, it has several nice amenities. Our favorite was the indoor pool, which was very warm. It was also nice to have the option of the outdoor pool although the water was still pretty chilly when we visited in early June. The breakfast offered many options and was on the better end of a typical hotel breakfast. Although there were lots of guests when we stayed, we heard very minimal noise. “The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The A frame cottage was clean and we loved the swing on the balcony. The restaurant food was delicious and service was excellent. The Swimming pool & hot tub was clean and nicely decorated. Hiking trails on the property. A great location and great accommodations. Highly recommend staying here”

“We got to the hotel at 9:30 pm, the front desk clerk was very nice, our room was awesome, we had a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was very well maintained and had three fountains going into the pool, the spa was great, it was big and bubbles like a hot tub. Breakfast was different everyday which was great. Will stay again. The only con I would say is they don’t have cleaning staff at night to get more towels or things to the room, you have to go to the front desk for those items.”

“This Hilton was clean and very dog friendly. The down side for me is I’ve stayed at a lot of hiltons and never heard of most amenities being only for platinum members such as breakfast or even a complimentary water bottle. Maybe this is a different type of Hilton which I may have over looked while booking I’ve stayed at a different one in downtown Asheville that offered all those things so I probably wouldn’t stay here again because kinda just rubbed me the wrong way. “Pool area had no clean pool towels . No one in the area checking on this . Stable where horses and goats were had extremely dirty water that looked like it hasn’t been changed in days. Food at the restaurant was below average. Many food items were not available. Prices are very high for what you get . Understaffed. Mosquitoes were all in the pool bathroom and sauna areas. Game room was a mess no one around to keep it tidy .cold plunge not working Pro : room was clean and linens were clean……
