「Walking distance to UTC shopping area which is a great plus」

「Good in general. Only disappointment was the buffet breakfast. Very limited choices. Good didn’t look fresh and appealing especially coming from a Hyatt Regency Hotel. Cost $35 plus tax and tips ended up $50 per person for some fried eggs and bacon. Not worth it at all」

「A very bad experience. The shower drain in the room was clogged, and the front desk staff were completely expressionless, communicating with a sullen face throughout, and were very impatient. The breakfast buffet was almost empty, and the staff just stood there expressionlessly watching, not replenishing the food until I pointed it out, at which point they reluctantly went to get more. In short, the experience was terrible, and I will never stay at this hotel again.」

「The front desk personnel was not trained enough to support issuing the correct invoice.」

「This hotel is good and clean.」

「One of the rooms was not cleaned on the day we checked in. One of the beds was not made when cleaning after check in.」

「It was a very pleasant trip. My child really liked this hotel. The staff were very enthusiastic. It was very close to the beach, about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel's swimming pool was also very clean. In short, our whole family recommended it」

「Friendly staff, free parking, clean room and standard gym equipment 」

「Friendly staff and excellent place」

「This location is very convenient for connecting to highways! And the gym is pretty clean. Great service!」

「Staff were EXEMPLARY!!! Every staff person went above and beyond to assist us. It became obvious early on, that their most important mission was satisfying the customer!!!」
