「Staff was friendly and helpful. My issue was that the rooms cleanliness and maintenance wasn’t the best. I was attending a wedding and I used the iron in the room on my white shirt. As I was using the iron I realized the iron was dirty with some sort of dark sticky residue that left spots on my brand new dress shirt. Floors and walls were also dirty as if they hadn’t been swept or mopped for a while. Sink was also in bad condition. Hard to explain but I took pictures. I would’ve gotten over all...

「I made a reservation for a NON-SMOKING room. Immediately upon opening the door, I could smell the signs of cigarette smoke in the room. I found cigarette burns on the bathtub, where cigarettes were left on the edge of the tub. I also found a burn hole in the linen on the bed. There was no remote in the room for the TV.
