“A very comfortable inn. The rooms are very nicely appointed. The breakfast spread was great. The public rooms are very comfortable to hang out in. It was nice that we could get water or snacks or coffee or tea whenever we wanted. Staff members all seemed very nice. ”

“What a great property. The property is 50/50 Laquinta and Hawthorne. Similar vibes but Hawthorne has extended say with 2 burner stove top mid size fridge with a freezer. This was just the spot I needed for the night.”

“This hotel is just a block from the Church Street pedestrian mall, filled with shops and restaurants, and just three blocks from Lake Champlain! It's clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable, and has a nice grill in the historic Armory part of the hotel where we ate breakfast every day. The grill has a breakfast buffet but you can also order from the menu. The hotel also has a nice snack and drink shop with a lot of choices. Finally, it has a pool and gym! We really enjoyed staying at this……

“Property was neat and clean and recently updated. Breakfast was grab and go and decent. We are not big breakfast eaters so it as fine just for something to hold us over coffee and a quick bite. The room was clean and spacious. One in our party is in a wheelchair and the room was spacious and accessible as promised in room description. Hotel staff was friendly and always present at front desk and even texted to make sure our stay was pleasant. We were close to UVM and attended accepted student……

“Check-in was easy and quick. Breakfast was included and had good options. The room was clean and had the necessities except for the sofa bed which was missing all sheets/blankets/pillow - not a big deal they provided once we asked. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The ceiling needed to be repainted. Staff were very accommodating and nice. ”
