“提早預定湖景套房、因為靠湖邊所以比較潮溼、所以房間不是很理想跟櫃檯更換靠前區的房間裝潢是新裝修好的＇因為是家庭旅遊，所以其中有一間是三人房實在有夠棒比想像中的還美、房間區有三個床位，還有一個客廳區分隔開來因為是實木地板，所以都是拖鞋在裡面走動就像在家裡一樣有夠讚，早餐豐盛非常完美，這家飯店離新天鵝堡很近，高天鵝堡更近10分鐘、就可以走上去，晚上還可以在湖邊散步是所有的飯店地理位置最棒的、早上去新天鵝堡中午還可以回去休息，下午再去高天鵝堡”

“I love this place! It has a very nice garden. If you are in the garden in sunset time, you will see the hill turns pink with the reflection of the light. It was the magic moment. The room is very nice. Outside the windows are trees, it made me felt like I was in the forest. There is also a nice bathtub with a little window looking at the trees. I felt very relaxed there. I booked for one person room, but the room is so big that I don't think it's a single bedroom. The breakfast is nice too.……

“装修浪漫，温馨，无论是酒店还是房间，到处是鲜花，窗外景色很美。老式的装潢，可爱极了。可以免费停车。餐厅的装修、音乐及食物均不错，就是免费早餐稍差，可能是我们去晚了，很多东西都冷了。服务很好，所有工作人员都很友好。美好的回忆，还会再去。”

“Schönes sauberes Zimmer. Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Personal super freundlich und pflichtbewusst. Wir haben im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen und das war sehr lecker.”

“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Hotel ist in allen Bereichen sehr sauber und bietet ein schönes Ambiente. Sehr höfliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Der Spa-Bereich ist traumhaft schön. Was uns allerdings sehr gestört hat, waren manche Erwachsenen, die einfach in den Pool reinspringen. Die Kinder, die im Pool schreiten und tobten wie in einem Erlebnisbad. Aus Sicht der Kinder nachzuvollziehen, aber in einem Wellnessbereich einfach nicht angebracht. Als Eltern müsste man auch auf……

“We visited Schloss Neuschwanstein during the day, and stayed in the hotel. It's very nice , cosy and clean in the room. Good beer and desert in the restaurant. Had a wonderful and relax time during the stay. Highly recommended if you drive while visiting Schloss Neuschwanstein.”
