The hostess, Gabriele, is very responsive and helpful. She was kind enough to help me call a taxi (the taxi driver is also very kind and helpful) from the train station to the property. The check-in was easy and quick. With the guest card there, we enjoyed a little discount for experiences like the salt mining one. The property was very clean, tidy and well furnished. Very nice hotel, the room with baclony facing to the lake. The disadvantage is that there is no hot kettle for water boiling
