“We lived in the Quest Wellington apartment from Wednesday evening and left early on Sunday morning. “spent 6 night here - convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. there was some mixed up at check-in but was fixed quickly. the only thing is the "fixed-rate" taxi advertised in the hotel information. the "fixed-rate" was supposed to be 30 NZD, but we were charged 54 in the end. We mentioned to the driver it should be a fixed rate, who insisted their company doesn't have a deal with the hotel and that we need to present a corporate card. our overall experience with this property is……
