"The hotel is desperate for a refurbishment, it’s a lovely old property with charm and character, but beyond the lobby the state of repair is poor, the treatment rooms are very shabby, the pools also are in need or renovation. Breakfast choices are rather poor, in Italy one expects much better breakfast. ..."
