A fantastic two night stay in a great place. The rooms (suites) were fantastic, well appointed and comfortable. Ali İhsan and his staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back.

We stayed in the family suite. Very unique experience! Room was clean and spacious. We were worried about temperature of room as it was hot outside but inside room was cool. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good..traditional turkish style! Very good price / value too which was a bonus.

The room was great. Personal was very friendly and helpful. Front desk upgraded us. Breakfast was really nice. Nice view. Animal friendly( sorry for the little dog, lost his leg when we were there. Parking was great. Right in front of the hotel. Nice aesthetic for pictures. Jacuzzi was really nice but no cold water to balance it. They had conditioner and shampoo. One rob only ( we fight for the rob)

Check in times

Everything was perdect apart from at the check in i am told check in time is 2pm. It says 11 am on my confirmation email. I showed the receptionist but he keep saying check in time 2pm all over the world. I have a proof of confirmation email says 11 am. Other than that it was lovely place to stay. Very friendly staff

beds and room were clean. The entrance to our room And stairs are dirty. Haven’t seen the stuff from the minute. We landed till we leave. Place seems a bit rundown don’t let the picture online fool you. For the price it’s just sleeping it’s durable but will not return back

Isıtma ve Kahvaltı !!

Oda gayet güzeldi.Ancak bulunduğumuz hava şartlarına uygunluk açısından eksikti.Isıtma konusunda son derece olumsuz bir durum vardı.Klima yoktu serin havalarda asla konaklamaya uygun değildi bizim açımızdan.Ayrıca odayı kiralarken dikkat etmemiştim kahvaltı hizmeti de yok, konaklamada olmazsa olmazlardan biride bu “bence” kahvaltı.

Bizim seçtiğimiz odada boru patlamıştı, daha güzel odayı ekstra ücret almadan tahsis ettiler. Odamız temizdi. Banyoda hamam bölümü vardı, sıcak suda hiçbir sıkıntı yoktu. İşletme müdürü çok ilgili ve alakalıydı. Tüm gezeceğimiz yerler hakkında bilgilendirdi. Atv turu için oldukça yardımcı oldu. Rezervasyonumuzda Kahvaltı olmadığı için kahvaltı hakkında bilgimiz yok. Tekrardan işletme sahibi Cem beye teşekkür ediyorum. :)

Tedirgin olarak gitmiştik ama memnun kaldık . Eksiklerimiz olurs söyledik hemen yardımcı oldular . Teşekkür ederiz . Aile olarak gidebileceğiniz sessiz bir yer . Tek sorunu biz taş odada kaldık bize gece bazı saatlerde sıcak geldi vantilatör olmasına rağmen ama bu yorumumuzu etkilemedi. İyi çalışmalar dileriz .

Oraya gittiğimde uygulamada göründüğü gibi bir otel ve oda ile karşılaştım. Sundukları imkanlar eksiksiz bir şekilde bulunuyordu ve temizdi. Konum olarak da güzeldi. Biz iki gece iki farklı odada kaldık.İkisi de iyi döşenmiş ve önlerinde veranda vardı, manzaraları çok güzeldi.Çok şık ve temizlik yeterliydi.Otel merkezi konumda yürüyerek restoran ve cafelere ulaşabiiyorsunuz.Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve kibar insanlar.Kısacası fiyat performans açısından biz çok memnun kaldık.Tek sorun giderlerden gelen kokuydu, sanırım eski yapı olduğu için onun önüne geçemiyorlar diye düşünüyorum.İlk kaldığımız odada koku çok daha yoğundu.Eğer bu sorun halledilebilirse benim için her yönüyle mükemmel bir duruma gelir.

Odalarda küf var. Siyah küf saglik açısından riskli. Sicak su yetersiz. Isitma var deniyor ama isitma yetersiz kesinlikle buz gibiydi oda ve cok nemli . Kışın gidip zatürree olabilir, kuf sebebi ile otoimmun hastalık riskinizi artırabilirsiniz.

Fiyat performans açısından mükemmel bir otel. Ek binadaki 202 numaralı odada konakladım, ana binaya 2 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindeydi. Otelin konumu iyi, otopark sıkıntısı da hiç yaşamadım. Otel çalışanları çok kibar ve ilgililer, onlara da tekrar çok teşekkür ederim, her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Odamın ambiyansı çok güzeldi, mağara oda olmasına rağmen çok ferah ve fotoğraftakilere göre genişti. Ürgüp’e gidecek arkadaşlarıma burayı gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edeceğim.
