"This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Well located and of a very good standard. Rooms and facilities were excellent but it is the staff and the food which made our stay so memorable. We experienced a couple of minor issues and the management and staff were very quick to sort them out and ensure we had great service. The Ember restaurant food was superb. Thank you to everyone for making our trip so special and I will definitely be staying here next time I am in Tashkent."

"Old soviet hotel bed was ok not the best shower was ok just hard to get in and out of, breakfast was average, the room aircon struggled to keep room comfortable. ( black out curtain help) only recieved about 5-6 tv channels. The lobby, reception and banquet room were live every night with weddings and parties. Cant complain about the beer prices at bar."

"Check in was smooth but make sure to print your receipt to show proof that you paid via Expedia since sometimes it can be weird on their end. The gym was quite nice & they have women hours. The room had AC. My only complaint was the heated bathroom, I could not change the temperature no matter what button I clicked. It was always so hot in the bathroom & felt like a sauna."

"Loved this hotel. I really liked the delicious breakfast buffet, this was one of the best hotel breakfast buffets in Central Asia in my opinion. The hotel was in a good location, near restaurants and shops and the subway / metro wasn't too far away. I really liked the swimming pool and sauna and we were able to book a 50-minute private access to it each day. Definitely recommend this hotel!"
