“Our room was so full of mold and mildew it was hard to enter it. Water seemed to seep onto the bathroom floor. All our clothes reeked of mold so we had to wash them when we got to Cusco. They staff were great but I would never recommend a stay here.”

“Esperamos muito quando chegamos pq ninguém achava nossa reserva, que inclusive já estava paga. O quarto era limpo, porém quase congelamos pq não tinha água quente no chuveiro, inclusive falamos com outros hospedes que estavam na mesma situação. Café da manhã simples, fomos pedir ovos e falaram que tinhamos que pagar pelos ovos. O hotel fica bem localizado , bem próximo a estação de trem .”

“Pas de papier toilette à mon arrivée. Pas de serviette ni de savon. Eau froide, demander pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Si il y a assez d'eau dans le chauffe eau! Ce qui ne fut pas mon cas. Très bruyant, lumineux avec des rideaux en papier. Réveillé chaque heure de la nuit par la famille tenancière qui parle, bouge, etc... Ce n'est pas une vérité écrite, mais mauvaise expérience. (Crevé le lendemain )”

“The hotel was very gracious to hold all of our luggage while we made the trip to Machu Picchu. They secured it in a room off the main lobby. The lobby was clean and had comfortable sofas. I had an issue with the reservation Hotel.com charged me for the room but the hotel didn't have the reservation. I was with others so was able to stay in another room. All together we had 3 rooms but only one had hot water. The hotel isn't too far from the train and we were able to walk. They let us stay past……
