  • The property is a former artist’s home that has been converted into a vacation rental. It features five vacation rooms of equal size. A large garden with a barbecue area is located behind the house. From here, you can enjoy beautiful bike rides through the Usedom countryside. The seaside resorts are about a 30-minute drive away.
    Shopping options are available in the town of Usedom, which is easily accessible by bike.
    Vacation Apartment 2, which is approximately 18 square meters in size, features a double bed, a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette, and a bathroom (shower/toilet). The house has a lovely garden that guests are welcome to use. There is a lockable room for bicycles and a bike rack. Parking is available on the property.

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die die Ausstattung angeht, war die Ferienwohnung so, wie von mir gesucht! Ruhige Lage, ländlich, Vermieter top!

Das Bett ist zu tief , aufstehen war eine Qual. Ansonsten ist es dort schön ruhig .

Alles wie beschrieben

Wir sind sehr zufrieden! Es war alles wie beschrieben. Wohnung sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren auch anwesend - sehr nett! Die von anderen beschriebene Kompliziertheit beim Erhalt der Schlüssel kann ich nicht bestätigen! Alles sehr einfach und selbsterklärend! Danke!

Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Extrem ruhige Lage. Sehr schöner großer Garten. Seife im Bad wäre noch schön, dann perfekt.

Ruhige Lage, sehr sauber und freundliche Eigentümer

Das Zimmer ist genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und mit dem Auto kann man alles auf der Insel gut erreichen. Es gibt aber auch eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus, allerdings fährt der Bus hier nicht sehr häufig. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es gibt die Möglichkeit sich auch in den Garten zusetzen, was besonders an Sommertagen sehr angenehm ist. Die Pantryküche ist besser ausgestattet als manche Küche im Ferienhaus, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Außerdem möchte ich ein anderes "Feature" hervorheben, das wir sehr zu schätzen gelernt haben: Das Fliegengitter vor einem der Fenster. Dadurch konnten wir auch Nachts das Fenster offen lassen ohne durchstochen zu werden. Wer schon einmal in Usedom im Sommer war, wird wissen, dass das Gold wert ist. Von daher können wir für zwei Leute, die eh sehr viel unterwegs sind die Wohnung 2 nur empfehlen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Es war absolut blitzeblank, unkompliziert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für so wenig Geld hätte man es nicht besser antreffen können
