「Clean room and friendly staff」

「我們來此度蜜月，在飯店裡待了兩晚，預定地是Junior Suite房型。本飯店極為優秀，不僅挑不出缺點，甚至在各方面都感到甚為滿意，不管是房間本身、服務人員、大廳與公共設施、附設的餐廳與酒吧，以及附近的景觀，都堪稱頂級。 其中最令人難忘的是飯店下方比格勒海峽的海灘，雖然訂房網頁沒有特別註明，我們是到了才知道飯店下方有個私人海灘。海灘非常非常乾淨、海水也很美，特別是能眺望比格勒海峽對面的雪峰，這景觀實在是太美！！」

「Cabin was clean and well stock. Gino gave us recommendations of were to eat and activies to do during our stay. Communication throughout our stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this place for peaceful and relaxing stay. 20 minute walk to city centre. 」

「Beautiful property. It is a shame that staff at the restaurant in the evenings is unwelcoming. We arrived late on our first night, and wanted something for dinner. The lady at the bar/restaurant was super dismissive, and a few minutes after assigning us a table she mentioned that the restaurant was closed and we only could order a few items from the menu for room service. The four times we ate there, she was unwelcoming, and rude.」

「Breakfast included but no good, both of us didn’t even touch it, there was human hair in my egg, very disgusting. Bread was cold, you need to warm up yourself. The room is small, very narrow, bed was too soft, I need to see chiropractor after my trip due to I slept on this bed with no back support.! if you have a sensitive back, I would not suggest to stay only good thing is the staff is friendly and the location is very close to all the restaurants.」

「Very helpful staff, always available to help for bookings. Plentiful breakfast (cereals, ham, cheese, medialunas, coffee, juice). Decent room, although the shower floor is slightly chipped.」

「Si planeas quedarte en el fin del mundo, este es el lugar para alojarse. El hotel es muy acogedor, las habitaciones muy amplias, las atenciones maravillosas y muy buena ubicación.」

「Quando aluguei não deixaram claro que eram hostel com quartos compartilhado, então tive que fazer uma upgrade pra ficar em um quarto só, hostel não tinha nada, toalhas, papel higiénico, sabão e etc」
