“We were in Occidental for a music and dance weekend. The area was very lovely, surrounded by trees. The location was ideal, everything was within walking distance and although breakfast was not included, there were several cafes across the street. “This is a very old property that's been nicely updated. It's a great location walkable to all of downtown Guernville. The rooms are large and beds are comfy. On the downside, you definitely hear your neighbors walking around, talking, toilets flushing and showers running. It wasn't bad enough for me not to stay there again. It's just an old building.
