“Beautiful newly remodeled 2/1. Perfect for my husband, myself and my son who stayed in the upstairs bedroom. We loved that we could literally walk around the corner to a local breakfast/ bakery in the mornings! Right in downtown Napa! Would definitely recommend and stay again!”

“My family enjoyed the property very much. Very clean, neat, and close to a lot of different events. the only downside was the mattresses were entirely too soft. It also needs to have a bit better ventilation in the kitchen. we were cooking breakfast one morning with Sausage and bacon and the smoke detector constantly went off despite using the hood vent and doors open”

“We absolutely loved this property. It had ample room for all four of us to spread out, to enjoy sitting with a glass of wine at night or cup of coffee in the morning. The hot tub was perfect for a late night soak. The neighborhood was quiet and so quaint. We enjoyed walking and looking at the beautiful homes. “This is a small studio, really a lockout bedroom. It is great as a place to crash at night after spending a day and evening experiencing Napa. Do not even contemplate more than two people. Minimal floor space, but has everything you need to sleep and get ready to go out.”

We loved the home that provided lots of extras like snacks and throw blankets along with everything needed in the kitchen if you opt to cook a meal or too. We can hardly wait to come back!”

“We stayed for three nights in this lovely home. The landscaping is unbelievable and the pool, hot tub, outdoor facilities, really amazing. As a sidenote, you need to be aware that you’re truly sharing space with the owners by staying there, which was OK because she was lovely and informative. Everything you need is in the kitchen, plenty of space for up to 8 people, and very nice backyard to hang out. Comfortable and clean. Compared to rates at the Hotel my conference was held at, same daily price but more space for more people and can eat in and save money. Would stay again. Also short drive to downtown Napa, lots of local food and groceries in about a 5 min. or less drive and some very nice……
