“Unfortunately, the place did not match the images we saw online. The hotel needs to be deep cleaned and updated - very musty, haphazardly maintained and operated. It's obvious that the owner doesn't care for proper repairs and maintenance or updating the mustiness witing the hotel. We learned from staff that herefuses to provide sufficient air conditioning in the 'cafe' area used for guests and working staff. We were given a remote for the air conditioner in our room, with a message taped to the……

Beautiful, comfortable rooms with cold AC and the best breakfast we had in Italy. Has to be the best place to stay in all of Rocca San Giovanni.”

“La struttura presenta potenzialità che potrebbero farla decollare, la posizione, l'accesso diretto sulla spiaggia e una piscina molto bella. Attenzione ci tengo a fare una premessa le criticità che a nostro avviso abbiamo riscontrato e che cercheremo di illustrare sono solo un invito a migliorare nell'interesse degli utenti che aspettano con trepidazione una vacanza da trascorrere in serenità. Arrivati in hotel per il check-in ci siamo accorti di non avere i documenti dei nostri 2 figli e qui……
