"I had a great stay overall. The room was very clean and the housekeeping service was excellent. The staff were also extremely kind, professional, and respectful. They helped me a lot with booking several restaurants and were always supportive and efficient, which I really appreciated. The balcony was lovely with a great atmosphere, although I couldn’t really use it much due to the very cold weather during my stay. The only disappointing part of the experience was the breakfast. Honestly, it was the weakest point and I strongly hope it will be improved. I’m planning to come back again (more than once), and breakfast is an important part of the day—especially before skiing. The options were very limited, mostly boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, and there wasn’t much variety or a proper breakfast selection. It would make a big difference to have more fresh choices and ideally a chef station or better hot options, especially for a high-quality property like this. "This property is in a location that has ski bus nearby so it is convenient. I don't know if everyone else realizes that the guest needs to clean up the place themselves and get it ready for the next guest. Thought there would be a final clean by the cleaning lady but clearly not. or you can pay for it. Just a reminder in case you don't know this already. The overall communication and follow up is ok. "
