  • Discover the charm of a cozy alpine hideaway in the heart of Termignon, perfectly placed within the Val Cenis ski resort. Just a short walk from the slopes, local shops, and restaurants, this snug retreat for up to four guests is ideal for couples, friends, or small families seeking a mix of comfort and adventure.

    Perched on the 3rd floor, the 27 m² apartment makes clever use of space with a bright living area that opens onto a balcony where mountain views set the scene for your mornings and evenings. Inside, you’ll find a flat-screen TV and a well-equipped open kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, and fridge—everything you need for easy home-style meals. Sleeping arrangements include a double sofa bed in the living room and a curtained alcove with bunk beds, making it both flexible and practical. A bathroom with bathtub and toilet, plus a separate WC, add convenience. Outside, one public parking space is available, while free WiFi is offered at reception. Please note that pets are not permitted.

    With the cable car just 100 m away, shops within 150 m, and a restaurant only 50 m from your door, everything you need is close at hand. Whether you’re here for winter slopes or summer hikes, this apartment offers a warm, modern base to return to after your alpine adventures.
