"The location of this hotel is strange. There is nothing around it and while it's close to the airport, you need to drive through an industrial park and very isolated area to get to it. The lobby area is fun, well suited for families. There is a scent that hits you when you get off the elevator and while our visit to Provence was filled with the sweet smell of honeysuckle, this was pungent and unappealing. The room was hot, the air conditioner did not work and there was a considerable difference in temperature from the hallway vs. our room. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The inclusive breakfast had a good assortment of food including pastries, meats, eggs, etc., but the drink machines were not working so there was no coffee, tea or hot beverage option. The shuttle, which we scheduled for 7:15 am, was late in picking us up (by 10 minutes) and it does not drop you off by terminal, it's a one stop dropoff and we had a 10 minute train/walk just to get to our terminal."
