Fantastic villa and exceptional host

We stayed at the villa for a week and loved it. 5 minute walk into the beautiful village of Valbonne with plenty of restaurants and shops. Fantastic location to drive to Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Grasse and Cannes etc. Beautiful villa with all home comforts and a lovely pool. Jacqui and Tiffany were brilliant hosts. Would highly recommend.

A wonderful relaxing break in a spotless villa!

From start to finish the property was perfect. Tiffany was there to greet us and gave us lots of tips. The property was spotlessly clean, and the pool was much needed relief from the fabulous weather! The beds were super comfy and all the towels, crockery and fixtures were of a high standard. Only a 5 minute drive into valbonne made it very accessible, the supermarket was not much further and we had lovely trips into Grasse, Mougins and torrettes sur loup. Many thanks, we will be back!

Perfect Villa

We loved everything about this Villa and the location. Quality fixtures and fittings, comfy beds, fantastic heated pool, beautiful views of mountains. What more could you wish for, it was perfect for our stay in south of France whilst attending Rugby World Cup games in Nice. The villa manager Tiffany was very extremely helpful and easy to contact. We walked into Valbonne in the evenings a few times, and found the steps felt easier each time. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, our favourite was Terra Rossa. We also liked the restaurant Trois Sens, near the Carrefour just outside Valbonne. Overall the best equipped Villa we’ve stayed in and would love to return again to explore more of the region.

This is a wonderful villa in a beautiful setting. There's so much to do nearby but it's also lovely to spend time by the pool - the largest we've ever had with a holiday villa. Lovely indoors and out and very well stocked, it's the perfect base for a family holiday.

Wonderfully relaxing week

We loved the villa! Set a short walk from the beautiful village of Valbonne with its excellent cafés and restaurants. The villa had everything we needed and the manager, Tiff was always quick to advise on any queries. It’s a beautiful place with wonderful views and a super pool and facilities. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Restful oasis between see and mountains above the treasures of the Cite d’Azur

It was a pleasure to explore the Côte d’Azur from this little jewel of a villa in Valbonne: perfect for my wife’s 80th with her daughter and 3 of the 6 teenage grandsons. Very clean, superbly functional, Restful pool and a joyfully great Tiffany as the property manager. Just perfect!

Stunning property, extensively equipped

From initial enquiry and booking everything was handled with great efficiency. Valbonne is a short drive from Nice airport and an ideal centre for a south of France holiday. The accommodation is superb, with all equipment provided including a welcome pack and more. Whilst we mostly ate in the wonderful restaurants in Valbonne, all facilities for dining in the property are first class. BBQ’s on the well equipped terrace after a swim in the heated swimming pool are memorable. We can recommend this rental property to anyone – you will not be disappointed.

Excellent property

We have just returned from an excellent stay at this lovely property. Tiffany is very welcoming and the whole process of booking and checking in was seamless. The house is in a great location for exploring this beautiful area and within walking distance of Valbonne. The walk back is steep so you do have to be able bodied. The house is extremely well equipped and very clean and organised. Wonderful warm pool! Lovely places to sit outside and relax. Would definitely love to return!

Fantastic house to enjoy

We were a family of four with two teenagers, who enjoyed the space and the relaxing atmosphere of this lovely comfortable house with modern quality interior. A very well kitted out house, nice and warm in February, with lovely terraces to enjoy breakfast in the sun, and a great view. An Italian mokka machine does not work on the induction hob.The house is ten minutes walk from Valbonne centre, and is well located for visiting the Côte d'Azur.

Lovely house near charming village

We (Two adults and two teenagers) spent a wonderful week in Jacqui’s lovely house, which is so well organized and in such a great location with beautiful views of the mountains. Everything worked perfectly well (air conditioning, wifi etc.), and we enjoyed the days in and at the heated pool and evenings at the outdoor dining area. Thank you for all the useful tips on the house and on Valbonne, which truly is a lovely village with a great busy atmosphere around the restaurants at night without ever feeling too crowded. Thank you to Jacqui for great communication regarding the booking and to Tiffany for your friendly welcome at the villa and also regarding our departure. We would love to return to the villa and Valbonne.

Gorgeous Valbonne villa

Thank you so much Jacqui & Tiffany for your hospitality. This villa was a perfect location for us as a family - so close to many places all within a 30-45 minute drive. We especially loved visiting Nice, Antibes, Vence, St. Paul de Vence, Mougins and particularly Cannes where we also went to on a number of occasions for dinner. Valbonne itself is an amazing town with lots of great restaurants & shops - market day on Friday is especially vibrant! But the real star of the holiday is the Villa itself. The photos on site almost do not do it full justice. The pool is so warm and relaxing in a perfectly tranquil setting. The views over the mountains are simply stunning 😍 Everything in the villa is great too - very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, good aircon & even having the charging station is a bonus. We could not have asked for more! Thank you again so much

Fantastic house - highly recommended

Great experience from start to finish. Owner was responsive and helpful during our communications before and after booking. Gave me specific useful information that really helped to make sure that all of my family members would be comfortable. Local manager was terrific - very friendly and helpful. Resolved an issue quickly and professionally. The house is the most comfortable and well-equipped that we have had across many rentals. Lovely setting and extremely comfortable. Plenty of places outdoors to enjoy the view, the pool or just a good book. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens and towels available and the kitchen is better equipped than my own at home. Couches, big dining table and even bean bag chairs in the loft that my daughter loved. Valbonne is lovely and there are many interesting and beautiful places within 20-45 min drive. Would love to come back some day.

autumn vacation

We have stayed at this house for two weeks and we have had a wonderful time. The house is just as described on the internet. Everything in the house makes you feel at home- everything is very well thought through. We were lucky to have one week of really nice weather where we enjoyed the front deck every day. The outlook from there is just great! We were also very lucky to have the heated pool. Without the heating the water would probably have been too cold to go swimming at this time of the year. Valbonne is a very beautiful village, just as you would expect it. It is really only a short walk, but you have to be fit because the way up to the house is quite steep. Its good training! We want to thank the owners and the property manager for the great time we have had! We absolutely enjoyed it! Thank you!

Perfect France holiday house

We, a couple late 30s, stayed at Villa Valbonne for 5 nights. The villa exceeded our expectations (and due to previous great holiday houses we’ve experienced, they were high to start with). The previous good reviews was one of the reasons we chose this villa and all theses reviews are 100% accurate. Booking process was smooth , the owner replied within minutes and was friendly, the house caretaker Tiffany was just the best, easy, straight to point, very welcoming but also left us alone for our 5 days but still with feeling you could contact her anytime needed. She has been taking care of this house for many years and you could feel it was personally important for her that everything was well. The house has multiple places for dinner with a gas bbq (which worked splendid) and the view's to match (the pictures could be updated because in our opinion doesn’t do justice to house or view's - they’re a bit blurry?). The pool is awesome, it’s big and especially deep (approx 160cm) so great even for adults! The villa was 100% clean, it had everything we needed, it was very well equipped, it was cosy and it felt like being at home. There was a lot information in the books about the surrounding area and inner workings of the house , a lot of time went clearly in making those books covering every need or problem one could have. This is great holiday house, you can trust the reviews, the owner, the caretaker and you can trust you will have a true France holiday feeling here.

A perfect stay in beautiful Valbonne!

We had the most wonderful week in Valbonne and we are so happy we chose to stay in this villa. Jacqui, the owner, was wonderful from the first moment that I contacted her. She answered every question that I had with kindness and patience, and made us feel so warm and welcome before our arrival. I researched where to stay for a long time, and I am so glad I picked this villa in Valbonne, as it was the perfect place to stay and enjoy a relaxing week in the French Riviera. The villa is beautiful and met all of my family's needs perfectly. We enjoyed swimming in the lovely pool every day, and relaxing outside and enjoying the gorgeous views day and night. We also loved that we were under a 10 minute walk to Valbonne Village, where we went every day to shop for the most delicious food, such as meats, cheeses and bread. We had lovely dinners a few nights in the village, and it was nice to be able to walk home and not have to worry about driving down and parking. We followed the suggestion of Jacqui and took the shortcut down to the village, instead of using the main road, and it was so easy. The villa is also a perfect location to make day trips to neighboring towns, and we were able to visit Nice, Cannes, St. Paul de Vence, Mougins and Villefranche sur Mer during our stay, and the drive to each of the towns was easy and around 30 min to each (a bit more to Nice, but not much). I loved being able to explore the neighboring towns for part of the day, and then to be able to relax at the beautiful villa for the remainder of the day with my family - the kids loved swimming and we enjoyed cooking dinners a few nights, and eating outside at the large table together. We had the most perfect week here and I highly recommend this villa, as well as sincerely thank Jacqui for her kindness and hospitality. I want to also mention that Tiffany, the caretaker of the property, was lovely too, and she was so kind when we first met, and explained everything about the house to us when we arrived. Thank you for a wonderful week in Valbonne!

Nous sommes en France il serait bien d etre accueilli par quelqu un qui parle francais. Il serait bien que les explications qui figurent dans la maison soient aussi ecrites en français par ailleurs la ma vine a cafe ne fonctionnait pas et il n y avait aucune théière dans la maison pour le reste RAS la piscine n a pas été utilisée car pas inspirante de propreté
