Beautiful Stone House, complete refurbished 2024, large swimming pool with pool house and kitchen/ barbecue and bathroom with toilet and shower. 4 bedrooms all with separate bathrooms and toilets (En Suites) and reversible AC in every room. Large terrace, fantastic view, sun all day, large fenced property full privacy. Walking distance to Valbonne Town (800 mtrs.) 8 parking spaces, , laundry room, electric gate and alarm system. Gym, Pétanque court &Playground. Quiet and Safe area, no through street.

Fantastic week in Valbonne

We had the pleasure of staying in this property for a week beginning August 2025.Full family with children, spouses and grandchild. Amazing

The villa is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It has every amenity you can ask for. Perfect location near the Village. Anne the property manager is lovely and extremely helpful.We loved our stay and hope to come back soon.
