“Staff were very friendly. Probably the friendliest staff in all of the hotels I've stayed in on Guernsey. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby. Check out at 10-30am is a little too early. 11am at the earliest would have suited better.”

“The Hotel was simply amazing. This is a very genuine review. My friend and I stepped into the hotel and realised how lucky we were to find this place. Staff simply so helpful also the maintenance men who helped me when i needed help. Our room was so large and so well decorated. bathroom was also so big with a really nice big bath, with a really nice shower. Every where was so clean. Food was very good. the pool is heated and a nice size. i will give this hotel 100% for everything. Oh,……

“My husband and I had a great 4days here. The staff were helpful and friendly. The indoor pool was lovely if a little warm in the area. The outdoor pool was very handy as two of the days were really warm. Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel and will definitely stay there again as we have family in the area.”

“The hotel staff are excellent. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is comfortable, if a little dated. You need to let them know if an accessible shower is needed as many rooms have a bathtub shower. The food is available until late evening and the bus stop to town is across the road, while the return stop is just a house away.”
