Le stric minimum
Pas de service de restauration proposé par l'hotel pas de telephone dans les chambres pour contacter la reception. Le prix du parking (16€) et le buffet de petit-déjeuner (bien mais devenu la norme dans les 4 etoiles) a 20 € font drôlement monter la facture.

Friendly staff, tidy rooms, good breakfast. Perfectly located near city centre and a very nice park. Both within a short walk’s distance.

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel très accueillant. Le seul hic, notre chambre n’était pas dans le bâtiment principal mais dans son annexe ( d’un accès un peu difficile quand il pleut).

The centrally located hotel in Valence.
The Hotel is very good located in the center of the city. The staff is friendly and try to adjust to the needs of the guests, which sometimes are not completely fulfilled. It is very clean, no bedbugs. Excellent breakfast.

Worst weekend of my life,my daughter cut is finger in the door of wc i run to reception to get some help and the girl whos there was completely incompetent she refused to get a ambulance and she pointed me a farmacy. My weekend was spent in the hospital of valence because my little angel needs to be operated urgently.
