it consists of 3 bedrooms for 2 people, a large living room with tv (tnt) overlooking a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, electric oven and electric hob, percolator, kettle, dolce gusto,
2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a bedroom with 1 double bed, an independent toilet, a bathroom with sink and shower, washing machine
and wardrobe.

it is located in Conde sur Escaut near the border between France and Belgium (12km from Valenciennes and 20km from Tournai. and 14km from St Amand (Les Thermes) .. a second bathroom is planned from June
Condé is an old medieval town where there are beautiful walks, visiting the ramparts, walking with tourist circuits at the leisure base where a wild side with nature protection, and the bonsecours forest at 200m, with forest circuit leading to the castle de l'Hermitage, good luck LA BASILIQUE overlooks the city.

Agréable et tranquille
Séjour d'une semaine agréable . 3 chambres assez grande dont une avec salle d'eau. Un séjour attenant à la cuisine avec des petites voûtes en pierres. Néanmoins, les toilettes à l'extérieur de l'appartement et juste au niveau de l'escalier peut être assez dangereux surtout avec des enfants et la Terrasses en RDC pour un appartement au 1er étage peut être compliqué pour manger quand il fait beau. Nous n'avons pas eu cette chance malheureusement.

Very nice place.
Very nice appartement. More then enough room for a family of four. Two bathrooms and three bedrooms. We took our bikes and the shops (Aldi, Carrafour) are easily reached. The Hermitage forest and villa are for a walk.

Quiet forest area
Property was slightly dated but otherwise fine. Nice that they provided fans and an AC unit as the house got very hot when we were there mid August, especially at night. The back garden was nice, we could see hens and a tortoise and the children enjoyed watching the animals. No shops in the immediate walkable vicinity but there were good groceries within a 2 minute drive (ideal for morning croissants and baguettes!).

Character accomodation, lots of space and light in an older house in green surroundings.
The house was very big and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked T with all the dishes and utensils. In the fridge thete was milk, juice jam, etc. waiting for us, and welcome basket on the table. Other essential food items were also provided. The beds were good quality. Bathroom with everything you need. The house has garden to sit and relax. Very enjoyabele, and the host is very nice and helpful. Recommended.
