「We loved our stay! The property is open, light, well-equipped, super clean and comfortable. The only slight complaint I have is that the property was listed as 4 minutes from Columbia, but it took us at least 15 minutes by taxi/uber. Still, worth the trip. We really enjoyed our stay!」

「The apartment is great. Not too cramped, well thought out. It is always amazing to me to see how New Yorkers live. Most times their spaces are small so they have to be creative with storage, etc. This place showed that, the wardrobes were helpful to have, it gave all of us a place to store our things. 「This was not what was shown for it to be. The couch was not as pictured it was a love set with terrible comfort only fit two people. The freezer in small fridge picture showed a full fridge the fire alarm did not have a battery in it no fire extinguisher in area. No towels for kitchen or hot pads or wash clothes for bathroom. Chairs and bench in dining room were terribly uncomfortable to sit on just plastic. Bars on windows doors for bedrooms had locks on inside. We had to spend 265.00...

The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there.
