Vallauris

Phillipe & Christine's place offers spectacular views of the sea and the quiet, settles the soul. The apartment is efficient, clean, and was perfect for what I needed. They are gracious hosts and with the help of Gilles, check in/check out went smoothly. A lovely few days.

Sehr zweckmässiges Studio in gepflegter und weitläufiger Gartenanlage mit super Meerblick

Im Studio war alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt brauchte. Das ausziehbare Couchbett war super bequem, das Bad hatte erfreulich gute Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Fön, viel Ablagefläche, Vergrösserungsspiegel, ausreichend Handtücher, inkl. Badelaken), ebenso die Küche. Alles wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden und in guter Qualität. Für 2 Personen war das Studio, bzw. 1 Zi-Appartment vom Platz her ausreichend. Die Anfahrtbeschreibung war etwas kompliziert sowie die Beschreibung für den zugehörigen Parkplatz. Da wir ausserhalb der Saison/Nebensaison dort waren, konnten wir meist einen nicht reservierten Platz vor dem Gebäude finden. Die Informationen vom Anbieter zu Nutzung und Verhalten im Apartment und auf dem Gelände sowie Tipps zur Umgegend erhielten wir erst einen Tag vor der Abreise. Etwas umständlich war ausserdem das Erreichen des Strands, so dass wir meist unterwegs an der Küste einen Schönen Strandabschnitt gesucht und auch gefunden haben. Insgesamt war die Lage der Wohnung ideal für Erkundungen/Ausflüge an der Côte d`Azur. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und die Ferienwohnung auch weiter empfehlen.

Bello l'appartamento, ma spiagge deludenti

L'appartamento è ben organizzato ed equipaggiato, ha una terrazza grande con una vista indimenticabile sul mare e sul golfo di Antibes, però l'ho trovato poco pulito ( le lenzuola del divano letto erano già usate, ma le ho potute cambiare). Il residence è immerso in un parco curatissimo, dove si trovano anche una grande piscina (un po' vecchiotta e non pulitissima) e un bellissimo campo da tennis, molto sfruttato. Il residence ha una spiaggia, con accesso diretto, ma pubblica, che è però mal tenuta e mal frequentata, con grossi ciotoli all'accesso al mare. A circa 800m si trova Golfe Juan, che ha spiagge sabbiose e ben tenute, ma il mare è torbido e pieno di alghe. In conclusione, il residence è perfetto per chi ama stare lontano dal caos di Cannes (che nelle settimane centrali di Agosto è invivibile), ma non è l'ideale per chi ama stare in spiaggia e ricerca il mare pulito e trasparente.

Bel appartement, bien aménagé avec une belle et grande terrasse disposant d’un canapé confort et table pour manger à 4. Très bel environnement et vue magnifique. Un petit paradis

Excellent accueil. Propriété sécurisée dans un magnifique parc. L appartement est conforme suite à la description et bien équipé. Belle terrasse pour profiter d une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Ns y reviendrons. Propriétaires trés sympathiques.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Die  Residenz ist eingebettet in einem sehr schön angelegten Park mit großem Pool. Die Nähe  zu  schönen Stränden , interessanten Städten  und Orten. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Ausblick auf das Meer sowie die Bucht.
