「The staff, the amenities, the comfort, the view!」

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「Can’t recommend this spot enough. It was so quiet and peaceful away from the Valldemossa crowds. Easy parking, pool was pristine and the room was great! Felt like a resort for a few days. I miss it already!」

The location is perfect — within a few steps of the Port of Sóller, and a short walk to restaurants, and shops. The view from our room was absolutely unbeatable, and the beds were very comfortable. For the quality and location, the price was an excellent value. Highly recommend!」
